How will tax be calculated in my order?
Within the US, sales tax will be automatically calculated according to state the item is being shipped. Clothing and shoes are always tax-free within New Jersey.

I can’t wait to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?
After placing an order, you should have received an email with an order number. Once the label is created, you will receive another email with the tracking number and service used to ship the item. Shortly after the item has been sent off it should become trackable using the tracking number provided in the email.
What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?
All orders must be submitted by 5:00pm EST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00pm EST, it will likely ship out the next business day.

Where do we ship?
We ship within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.
How long does delivery take?
Your order should be delivered within 1to 2 business days following order confirmation.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
We offer $5 ground shipping anywhere in the United States & FREE Shipping for orders exceeding $100. We are currently offering free same or next day local delivery within Hudson our Bergen county, NJ.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by going to your Mint Market account.
It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
Help! I think my package is lost.
Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service to file a lost package report.

What are the shipping and handling costs for international orders?
Free shipping on all orders $300 and above.
Do you pay for duties and taxes?
For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.
We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
We are not responsible for any items that get held in customs.
Based on past experience, what price range of an order will it lessen the chance to be taxed?
Customs policies vary by country. While in some countries packages with a higher value are more likely to incur fees, we are not able to confirm at what value.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Do you accept return items?
We will return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are issued in the form of a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know - we want to help! A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
What conditions are acceptable for returns?
Mint Market will offer store credit for any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
How do I return an item?
Please note, any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
To ship an item back to Mint Market please:

- For exchanges: It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available as well as reserving it for you.
