Mint Market Web Store Return Policy
- We are here to help! We will gladly accept unworn merchandise for refund or exchange within 10 business days from the received date.
- Please email mintgirl@mintmarket.com to initiate the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a label is sent, return label shipping fees are deducted from refund. Initial shipping is also deducted from refund.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If item is defective please email mintgirl@mintmarket.com within 48 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on Final Sale, vintage garments and intimate items.
- All bags are guaranteed authentic or your money back, no exceptions. If bag is Entrupy authenticated they also back up the authenticity 100% with a money back if there is any issue.
- Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. All shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging.
- Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival back to us.
- Mint Market is NOT responsible for international shipments lost in transit. International orders are final sale.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- Please Note: original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Can I return web purchases to the brick and mortar stores?
Yes you can! Bring your return along with the packing order slip/order number to either location. Email us to mintgirl@mintmarket.com with your Order Number and Return Request in the subject line. We will process your return within 1-2 business days after it is received at our store. Same rules apply about item being in unworn, tagged, original condition. We are trying to maintain a hygienic shopping experience for everyone!
What is your policy for shipping back returns:
Kindly please email us at mintgirl@mintmarket.com with Return Request in subject line to start the process and let us know your intention to return along with the reason why. Please include the order number. We will email you a label to the email the order was placed with. Upon receiving the order back at the store and passing inspection, we will refund you what was paid less the initial and return shipping fees. We can send receipts with the amounts paid each way as we are not trying to make money off your return, just trying to avoid any losses.
Return label will be emailed to your order email and can be printed then taped on to the package. All returns are tracked the same way a purchase is. When we receive and issue the refund less shipping fees you will receive a refund notification.
If you prefer to ship the item back yourself without using our label, you may certainly do so and will only incur a one way shipping fee deduction and the 10% restocking fee. Our mailing address is:

If you are local and the order was hand delivered, please drop it back off at the store or ship it to us. We cannot accommodate return pick ups.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
All in store purchases must be brought back to the store of original purchase within 14 days for a store credit. If you need an extension on a store return please email us at mintgirl@mintmarket.com. Please make sure the item is in unworn, sellable, unaltered condition. Vintage items are final sale. Accessories, Hats, Jewelry, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Candles and Home Goods are considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit. Please note we cannot offer refunds for in store purchases as we are a small business.
